About The Class
Cadets Taekwondo class designed specifically for 10 to 14-year-olds!
Led by experienced instructors, our Taekwondo class focuses on teaching students fundamental techniques. Through a combination of drills, exercises, and pad work, students will enhance their strength, agility, and coordination while developing proper kicking and punching techniques.
Our cadets class also emphasizes important values such as discipline, respect, and perseverance. Students learn to set goals, push their limits, and overcome challenges through dedicated practice. They also develop self-confidence and self-control, essential skills that extend beyond the training mat.
Safety is our top priority, and all activities are closely supervised to ensure a secure and controlled environment, teaching students understand the importance of practicing with care and consideration for others.
Our cadets Taekwondo class builds a supportive atmosphere, allowing students to build strong friendships and develop teamwork skills. Through partner drills, sparring (with appropriate safety equipment), and team exercises, students learn to communicate effectively, cooperate, and encourage one another.
